Potential time value recovered = annual time value x automation coverage x time saving.
Add separately measured rework benefits and tool-cost changes. Subtract setup cost for first-year net benefit.
Recovered staff time is capacity, not necessarily a cash saving. Validate every assumption in a pilot.
