Turn campaign rows into a checked report
Start with two comparable weeks: £1,000 spend and 20 enquiries, then £1,200 and 30 enquiries. Calculate cost per enquiry before asking AI to draft commentary.
- Input and method
- Use the downloadable sample. Confirm currency, date range, attribution and the definition of an enquiry. Divide spend by enquiries; keep those calculations outside the language model.
- Checked output
- Cost per enquiry changes from £50 to £40, a 20% reduction. Spend rises 20%; enquiries rise 50%. A reviewer can verify each statement against the source rows.
- Human checks and limitations
- Check duplicates and whether tracking changed. Enquiries are not sales. Two weeks do not establish causation or sustained improvement. If enquiries are zero, report cost per enquiry as unavailable rather than divide by zero.
- What to measure in a real pilot
- Record preparation time, correction count and reviewer time over comparable reporting runs. This demonstration does not claim time saved.
